Scoring Formula

AI² = min(100, 25 × (Raw − 1)), where Raw combines six dimensions:

  • Automability (0.50) — Technical feasibility of AI performing the role
  • Economic Viability (0.45) — Cost-benefit of deployment
  • AII (0.10) — AI Implementation Index from market signals
  • LLL Index (−0.15) — Licensing, liability, and legal barriers
  • Ethics Index (−0.15) — Ethical constraints on automation
  • Precedence (0.25) — Existing market deployment evidence

Tier Definitions

High (AI² > 66)
Agentification likely within 2 years
Medium (AI² 34–66)
2–5 year transition horizon
Low (AI² ≤ 33)
5+ year horizon due to structural barriers
