2013 was good. Lots of good things — incorporating as an LLC, signing up SI partnerships globally, handful of projects with big and small companies, more involvement with OpenStack community and even starting to write a book!
Here are 3 goals for 2014:
- Business: Help at least 3 clients with OpenStack deployments.
Cloud Don offers multiple services, such as Cloud Migration, Cloud Deployments, and Cloud Strategy. While we offer these across multiple cloud platforms, we are now focusing on OpenStack services. Please contact us for your OpenStack specific needs.

Content: Write at least 3 whitepapers in this year. Sub goal: Complete and publish the book that we started to write in 2013.

Community: Do our best to make 2014 #theyearofopenstack.
2013 clearly showed OpenStack is not just a hype. The HongKong summit had record attendance. While OpenStack is showing growing pains, more and more customers are turning towards it. We would like to contribute out best to make 2014 the year of OpenStack. This means, helping to make it more secure, helping to make it more user friendly, or helping to define good user personas/ workloads.
